  • Good understanding of E-Commerce and apps backend systems.
  • Basic Photoshop and copywriting skills.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for uploading product pictures, website content, maintenance, and any updates.
  • Set up e-commerce media strategy and manage content assets via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Report, analyze, and improve all online marketing strategies in line with ongoing company campaigns.
  • Manage the online store on a day-to-day basis, including SKU editing, pricing changes, sales order synchronization, and store banner management.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Assist in developing business plans, marketing strategies, and operational plans.
  • Be involved in e-commerce business development, formulate strategies, and manage all e-commerce sales and marketing-related matters.
  • Responsible for arranging order fulfilment — processing orders, monitoring packing, and ensuring delivery to customers is completed.
  • Promote online sales through various platforms.
  • Drive the internal planning cycle to ensure accurate demand projections for all channels.
  • Liaise with and maintain good business relationships with e-commerce marketplaces.
