Looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce Senior Executive (Creator Creator) key role in conceptualizing, planning and producing high-quality short-form product videos for e-commerce.
Responsible for overseeing the entire production cycle — from creative direction and pre-production planning to shooting oversight and post‑production review. The role requires strong creative vision, project coordination skills, and the ability to align content strategies with evolving e‑commerce trends (generative AI knowledge is an advantage).
Content Planning & Storytelling
Develop and maintain content production calendars for SEA TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and other e‑commerce platforms.
Create storyboards, shot lists, and guide video teams.
Ensure concepts align with e‑commerce campaigns, seasonal launches, and product priorities.
Production Oversight
Coordinate video shoots with videographers, stylists, and talent to ensure timely delivery.
Supervise on‑set execution to maintain brand tone, quality, and creative direction.
Manage resources, locations, and production schedules efficiently.
Able to edit and closely work with junior editors to ensure videos meet platform specifications and creative goals.
Provide detailed feedback to maintain consistency and quality across all outputs.
Approve final edits before publishing to ensure brand compliance.
Cross Platform Adaptation & Publishing
Adapt master content for multiple platforms, adjusting formats, captions, and styles as required.
Oversee uploading, scheduling, and metadata optimization for maximum reach and engagement.
Collaborate with e‑commerce teams to ensure smooth integration into product listings and campaigns.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Review analytics to measure video performance across platforms.
Recommend content strategies and creative improvements based on insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies and emerging content formats.
Passion for e‑commerce, digital storytelling and short‑form content creation across multiple platforms (TikTok, Lazada, Shopee).
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Video Production, Digital Marketing or any relevant field.
Proven experience in short‑form video production, campaign planning, and content strategy (minimum 3 years preferred).
Proficient in any video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut) and comfortable with AI‑assisted creative tools.
Strong understanding of content trends, social media algorithms, and e‑commerce marketing strategies.
Ability to plan, brief, and coordinate with videographers, editors, and cross‑country teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
Excellent organizational skills for managing high volumes of SKU content while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Creative problem‑solver with the ability to repurpose assets for different markets and campaign objectives.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities and emerging technologies.
