A Japanese-owned luxury consignment business in Kuala Lumpur is looking for individuals who can communicate in Japanese and engage with customers. As a member of the team, you will learn to appraise luxury goods, manage product listings, and respond to customer inquiries. No experience is necessary as training will be provided. Able to communicate in Japanese (At least JLPT N3 proficiency and able to communicate with a Japanese Manager)
Willing to work in retail.
Willing to learn.
Learn and master the appraiser’s skill set to assess the value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition.
Take photos of products and manage product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms.
Reply to online enquiries and arrange shipment or collection with customers.
No experience required, training will be provided.
Outgoing and positive attitude, able to converse with and engage customers with ease.
Able to speak and understand intermediate Japanese for internal communication with Japanese‑speaking colleagues.
Good communication skills and willing to learn.
