Job description

Maintain the daily E-Commerce inventory functions and inventory system management.

Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.

Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.

Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance, as needed.

Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports required by the E-Commerce and Logistic Department.

Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.

Perform general administrative works such as packing materials, dispatching, filing, reporting, etc.

Attend to customer’s queries in the e-commerce platform (if required).

Provide feedback to the customer’s comments and complaints (if required).

Identify and analyze customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Perform to any other task as and when required by the Management.
