E-commerce Manager (Webstore Growth Lead)

Own the end-to-end performance of our Webstore websites, including conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention

Strategically optimize user journeys across homepage, PDP, cart, and checkout to improve CVR and reduce drop-off

Lead A/B testing and implement CRO best practices based on data insights

Develop and execute the e-commerce growth roadmap, including promotional calendar, new product launches, bundling strategies, and loyalty initiatives

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align on campaigns that drive traffic and revenue

Analyze performance across traffic sources (Meta, Google, CRM, Affiliates) and identify high-impact growth levers

Manage the Webstore ecosystem, including 3rd-party apps and custom features (e.g., subscriptions, upsells, cross-sells, localization)

Lead platform enhancements in collaboration with developers and designers

Ensure smooth integrations across inventory, payments, analytics, fulfillment, and CRM

Analytics & Reporting

Set KPIs and report on site performance weekly and monthly, with actionable insights

Use tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, and post-purchase surveys to drive decisions

Monitor site health, customer feedback, and drop-off points to identify areas for improvement

Who We’re Looking For

4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2+ years managing Webstores end-to-end

Proven track record of growing online revenue and improving store performance

Strong grasp of DTC e-commerce metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV, CAC), user behavior, and digital marketing fundamentals

Data-driven and fluent in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Hotjar, etc.)

Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out on growth, yet hands‑on enough to execute when needed

Experience working across functions — creative, logistics, marketing, and tech

Bonus: Experience in FMCG, health/wellness, or subscription-based e-commerce
