We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online sales and digital marketing efforts for one of InNature Berhad’s key subsidiaries overseeing and grow client storefronts across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and web platforms.
This person will manage our brand’s presence across e-commerce platforms leading a dedicated team, driving marketplace performance, executing marketing strategies, and liaising with platform partners to ensure smooth store operations and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for growing sales, optimizing product listings, and driving traffic through strategic advertising.
Lead and oversee platform partners managing day-to-day operations of stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and brand websites.
Set performance standards, KPIs, and governance to ensure operational quality, platform compliance, and campaign readiness.
Establish and enforce SOPs, review partner performance, and manage escalations to meet business objectives.
Benchmark against competitors to understand pricing, campaign strategy, and product trends.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, campaign strategies, platform initiatives, and product trends.
Stay up to date with marketplace changes, new features, and consumer behaviour trends to inform strategy.
Monitor and review e-commerce performance across all platforms (sales, traffic, conversion, ad spend) and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations.
Lead issue resolution and escalation management related to platform performance, campaigns, or customer experience.
Consolidate and present campaign performance, business results, and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
