Job Responsibilities
To lead and manage the company’s e-commerce operations across all platforms and marketplaces, driving online sales growth, optimising user experience, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan annual and monthly promotional calendars, ensuring timely execution
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and mentor E-Commerce Executives, ensuring KPIs are met
- Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Logistics teams for smooth operations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the team
Platform & Marketplace Management
- Oversee product listing accuracy, pricing strategies, and stock availability
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve operational issues promptly
- Drive optimisation of product content and visuals for better conversion rates
Campaign Management
- Lead planning and execution of major campaigns (e.g., double-digit sales, festive promotions)
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements for future events
- Ensure readiness for new product launches across all platforms
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyse sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Prepare monthly reports and present insights to senior management
- Recommend actions to improve ROI and customer experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing campaigns
- Experience with major marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) and e-commerce CMS platforms
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and SEO is an advantage
