Join our dynamic team at Rurutiki Sdn Bhd as an E-Commerce Key Account Manager in Puncak Alam, Selangor. This full-time position will see you playing a pivotal role in driving our growing e-commerce division.

What you'll be doing

Manage and develop existing key e-commerce accounts to maximize growth and revenue

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Graphic Designers) to develop tailored e-commerce solutions for clients

Monitor industry trends and competitors to recommend innovative strategies

Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and pitches

Maintain detailed records and provide regular performance reporting

Proactively identify and address any client concerns or issues

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of proven success in key account management, ideally within the e-commerce industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills
