Responsibilities
- Assist in updating product listings, prices, stock, and content on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora).
- Support website updates, landing pages, and simple banner or graphic creation using AI tools or Canva.
- Help execute digital campaigns and seasonal promotions under supervision.
- Monitor and report on basic sales and website performance using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, returns, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Learn and apply basic UX/UI principles to enhance online customer experience.
Core Competencies
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zalora, Lazada, and Shopee Seller Centre.
