Responsibilities
  • Assist in updating product listings, prices, stock, and content on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora).
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and simple banner or graphic creation using AI tools or Canva.
  • Help execute digital campaigns and seasonal promotions under supervision.
  • Monitor and report on basic sales and website performance using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, returns, and order follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Learn and apply basic UX/UI principles to enhance online customer experience.
Core Competencies
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zalora, Lazada, and Shopee Seller Centre.
  • Able to perform simple tasks such as product listing, stock updates, and content uploads with guidance.
  • Familiar with website user experience (UX), including navigation flow and checkout journey.
  • Willing to learn how to design and update website pages, including landing pages and banners using AI tools.
  • Interested in creating product visuals and simple graphics using beginner-friendly tools (e.g., Canva or AI).
  • Eager to learn how to support digital campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Able to assist in developing simple UI/UX mock‑ups with minimal supervision.
  • Propose creative design trends, e-commerce best practices, and competitor analysis.
Analytical & Reporting Skills
  • Understands the importance of brand consistency across platforms.
  • Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas).
  • Willing to learn how to analyse traffic, sales data, and customer behaviour.
Customer Experience & Service
  • Able to communicate clearly through email, chat platform, and social media platforms.
  • Handling customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and delivery follow‑ups.
  • Committed to maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, merchandising, and finance teams as needed.
  • Understand logistic flow of order fulfilment flow and stock monitoring.
Technical & Problem‑Solving Skills
  • Able to identify basic issues such as broken links, listing errors, and price discrepancies.
  • Quick learner with strong adaptability to new systems and tools.
