Job Responsibilities
To manage and optimise the company’s online presence across marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, timely updates, and smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Upload new products within stipulated timelines (e.g., within 7 days of buyer input)
- Source missing visuals and product details from Marketing and Merchandising teams
- Activate/inactivate SKUs based on stock status
- Ensure all product listings are complete and accurate across platforms
- Update promotional banners, thematic assets, and campaign visuals promptly
Marketplace Operations
- Conduct weekly checks on all marketplaces to ensure functionality and compliance
- Set up broadcast messages and feed posts during campaigns (e.g., double‑digit sales events)
- Monitor and fix listing violations or errors
- Participate in monthly gameplan meetings and provide input
- Execute promotions on time, ensuring visuals and mechanics are correctly implemented
- Collaborate with Marketing for product launches, ensuring readiness of listings, visuals, and inventory
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing and Merchandising teams
- Analytical mindset for monitoring performance and resolving issues
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce operations or online retail
- Hands‑on experience with major marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) and/or e‑commerce CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics and campaign execution is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with product listing tools and image editing software would be a plus
