Who we’re looking for / The role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to own day-to-day ecommerce operations across both Blood and No Days Off. This person will be responsible for the setup and routine maintenance of SKUs, promotions, and ads across Blood in Malaysia, as well as No Days Off in both Singapore and Malaysia.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who wants to build strong ecommerce fundamentals, while gaining exposure to a new brand launch and multi‑market execution.
Core Responsibilities:
No Days Off Ecommerce Setup & Execution (MY & SG)
- Ensure that content, listings, pricing and promotions are set up for No Days Off e-commerce stores
- Work with the brand launcher and No Days Off marketing team to execute campaigns, promotion and platform ads accurately and on time
Ecommerce Content and Listings
- Own the day-to-day setup and management for store pages and product pages for Blood in MY and No Days Off in MY and SG
- Ensure that store layout, banners, product images, product variants, pricing, and discounts are executed and aligned to plan
- Monitor overall store performance, and discuss issues and opportunities for funnel optimization with the Ecommerce Manager
Ecommerce CPC and display ads
- Own the day-to-day execution of marketplace ads including CPC ads, display banners, campaign exposures and off-platform ads (e.g. CPAS)
- Ensure that the above ads are executed according to plan and on time
- Work with the Ecommerce Manager to drive improvements in ad setups and budget allocation to optimize ad spend
Regular Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, AOV, CVR, new customer and expenses
- Diagnose issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes in discussion with the Ecommerce manager
Internal stakeholder collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and operations to support ecommerce needs (e.g. for merchandise, bundles or marketing collateral)
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management
- Hands‑on experience with ecommerce platforms and/or marketplaces (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with routine execution work
- Good organisational and time‑management skills
- Willingness to learn and support multiple brands and markets
