Responsible for driving online sales growth, managing digital marketing activities, and supporting customer engagement across online platforms.

Job Summary

Responsible for driving online sales growth, managing digital marketing activities, and supporting customer engagement across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update company website, e-commerce platforms, and online product listings.
  • Execute online sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Handle inquiries from social media, email, WhatsApp, and online marketplaces.
  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and pricing comparison.
  • Prepare sales reports, campaign performance reports, and analytics tracking.
  • Maintain positive customer service and manage after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with design team for marketing materials (banners, ads, videos).
  • Assist in live selling, online promotions, and product launch campaigns.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
