A leading e-commerce company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced individual to manage store operations across various platforms. Responsibilities include overseeing product listings, analyzing performance metrics, and planning marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Manage store operations: Oversee product listings, pricing, stock accuracy, categories, and merchandising across all e-commerce platforms.
Drive performance: Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchases, store ratings, and chat response time. Take corrective action when performance drops.
Plan and execute campaigns: Manage vouchers, bundles, flash sales, payday promotions, and KOL/affiliate pushes. Coordinate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure timely launch.
Optimise product pages: Improve titles, images, descriptions, badges, and cross‑sell/upsell modules. Provide recommendations for new content (UGC, reviews, videos).
Coordinate with operations: Ensure smooth order processing, meet packing and shipping SLAs, and minimise cancellation and return rates.
Analyse and report: Prepare weekly performance summaries, explaining what happened, why it happened, and the actions planned. Reports should focus on insights and solutions, not just screenshots.
Improve processes: Develop checklists, templates, and SOPs to make campaign execution and product uploads faster, cleaner, and less prone to errors.
Job Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or performance-driven digital marketing.
Hands‑on experience with at least one major e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop backend).
Proficient in Sheets/Excel including basic analysis, pivot tables, and simple formulas; familiarity with GA4, Meta, or TikTok analytics dashboards is a plus.
Strong ownership mindset, treats the business like their own P&L and proactively identifies issues without waiting for direction.
Proactive problem‑solver, researches solutions, proposes options, and ensures follow‑through until issues are resolved.
Growth-oriented, eager to take on larger responsibilities and progress toward a senior role such as E‑commerce Lead or Performance Lead within 12–24 months.
