A leading e-commerce firm in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive strategies for their platform with a focus on S.E.A. The role includes collaborating with teams for operations, managing social media accounts, and enhancing product promotion strategies. Candidates must have a strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, exceptional content writing skills, and fluency in Mandarin, as the majority of online users are Mandarin speakers. Knowledge in the IT retail industry is a plus.
Developing marketing strategies to grow the e-commerce platform in Malaysia and S.E.A region.
Co-operating with the cross-functional team to fulfill e-commerce daily operation in S.E.A region.
Collaborating with category Managers to enhance product promotions.
Dealing with prices on flash sales to get better positions of featured products.
Replenishing e-commerce stock and coordinate with the purchasing dept.
Engaging and monitoring marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trend and identify opportunities for growth.
Upload product image in e-commerce platform with the most creative way.
Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major e-commerce retailers in Region.
Filling the market site with interesting products contents to engage with customers.
To manage company e-commerce platforms and marketplace such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada and Grab etc. in Region.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Skills and experience in creative content writing.
Looking for an innovative and forward thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities.
Experience with digital marketing and online sales.
Microsoft Software : Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc)
Strong written and communication skills in English and BM Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin will be required as most of our online users are Mandarin speaking.
Knowledge in IT Retail Industry is an added advantage.
