What You Will Own (The Mission)

Blueprint the Future: Design and execute end-to-end e‑commerce strategies that smash sales targets and drive sustainable growth.

Pioneer New Channels: Lead our charge into the future of retail by developing strategies for upcoming Live Selling platforms and Social Commerce.

Platform Evolution: Oversee the user experience, ensuring our platform is SEO‑optimized, mobile‑ready, and constantly updated (upcoming strategic project).

2. Brand & Partner Leadership

The Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary strategic partner for key accounts, nurturing long‑term relationships and ensuring their profitability on our platform.

Joint Business Planning: Don't just take orders—collaborate with brand partners to co‑create Joint Business Plans (JBP) that prioritize mutual growth.

Seamless Onboarding: Guide new brands through a frictionless integration process, setting them up for success from Day 1.

3. Operations & Analytics

Data‑Driven Command: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track performance, turning raw data into actionable insights that improve ROI.

Inventory Intelligence: Master the “digital shelf” by optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, and stock levels to minimize out‑of‑stock scenarios and maximize sales velocity.

Market Watch: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging tech.

4. Team & Culture

Lead from the Front: Mentor and manage a high‑performing team, including Key Account Managers, ensuring individual success links to departmental goals.

Connect the Dots: Champion cross‑functional collaboration, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support our brand partners.

Stakeholder Visibility: Prepare and present high‑impact performance reports to internal stakeholders and brand partners.

Requirements
