Job summary

A reputable marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in E-commerce or Marketing, along with at least 2-3 years of experience managing ad campaigns. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for liaising with associates. This position involves planning marketing initiatives and preparing sales reports, ensuring all activities align with sales targets.

Manage and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, utilizing Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools

Conduct regular analysis of audience behavior and adjust targeting parameters to align with changing audience preferences.

Plan and execute marketing initiatives (e.g: Live streaming, giveaway campaign etc.), to meet sales target with full responsibility on budget management, performance review, optimisation and analysis.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management meeting.

Manage and oversee company's social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) to ensure deliverables are up-to-date

Facilitate entire live stream process from start to finish to ensure seamless and high quality execution.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor's Degree or higher in E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising or any related field.

2-3 year of work experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns, or client servicing

Sales oriented and results-driven

Excellent project management, campaign planning and copywriting skills

Familiar with paid advertising tools (Meta, Google, TikTok, IG, Shopee, Lazada etc)

Proficiency in basic Photoshop.

Able to read and speak Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin associates)
