Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Finance interactions.
  • Experience in ERP project lifecycle and working in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Added Advantage
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate), MES/WMS/QC systems, and manufacturing costing.
Responsibilities
  • ERP Implementation & Configuration – Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) including requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go‑live across Manufacturing, Inventory, WMS, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance modules.
  • Manufacturing & Plant Operations Support – Configure and support manufacturing processes (BOMs, routings, capacity planning, production scheduling, costing, and quality workflows) and ensure ERP alignment with plant operations from raw material receiving to finished goods.
  • Cross‑Department Collaboration – Work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operational flows. Act as the BC subject matter expert and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
  • Data Migration & Integration – Assist in migrating key master data (items, BOMs, routings, vendors, customers) and support integrations with MES, SCADA, QC/LIMS, and WMS. Maintain data accuracy and governance.
  • Training & Support – Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and support change management. Provide post‑go‑live troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement recommendations.
