Overview

As a Drywall Installer at Garisan Group Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the construction and renovation of buildings. In this full-time position based in Gopeng Perak, you will be responsible for the installation and finishing of drywall systems, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish to interior spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and finish drywall/gypsum boards on walls and ceilings according to project plans
• Measure, cut, and fit drywall accurately
• Join, tape, and finish seams to ensure a smooth surface
• Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards
• Maintain tools and keep the worksite clean and organized
• Work closely with other construction teams to complete projects on schedule
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process

Qualifications

• Experience in drywall, ceiling, or partition installation is preferred
• Basic carpentry skills and ability to use construction tools effectively
• Able to work independently and as part of a team on-site
• Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work overtime when required
• Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is an added advantage
