Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Driver Recruitment Associate based in Greater Johor Bahru, allowing a combination of remote and on-site work. The Driver Recruitment Associate will oversee the recruitment process for delivery partners, sub contractors, conduct interviews, ensure onboarding, posting on social media for campaigns, and assist in resolving driver- and delivery-related inquiries. Other responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with delivery partners, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and conducting training sessions for new drivers.

Qualifications
