Job summary

A leading transport service provider in Puchong is seeking a dedicated driver responsible for safely transporting employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, possess a valid driving license, and demonstrate strong driving skills. You will conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain confidentiality regarding the employees' movements. Additional fluency in Mandarin and familiarity with routes in Klang Valley is preferred. Job description

Responsibilities

• Drive the employee safely to designated destinations in full compliance with road and traffic regulations.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, neat, and presentable condition at all times, both inside and outside.
• Conduct regular pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety of all equipment.
• Comply with all traffic laws, state, and federal regulations.
• Plan travel routes, taking into account traffic, weather, and timing to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Maintain accurate records, including fuel, repair, and maintenance receipts, as well as travel logs detailing destinations, mileage, and service hours.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the employee’s movements and personal information.
• Remain on standby when required and keep the Administration Department informed of current location and availability.
• Practice punctuality and professionalism at all times.
• Drive courteously and considerately towards other road users.
• Strictly refrain from tailgating, speeding, undertaking, smoking, or using mobile phones while driving.

Job Requirements
