Draughtsman (Civil Or Telecommunication )

We are seeking a talented Draughtsman to join our team at HOMEBASE NETWORK SDN BHD in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans to support our Engineering operations. This is a full‑time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Able to use AutoCAD at a basic level for technical drawings. Training will be provided

Interpreting design specifications and requirements to create engineering drawings that meet project objectives

Collaborating with engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings are aligned with project needs

Processing a simple Technical Proposal as per client requested

What we're looking for

Possess at least a Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering or related field; Degree holders are an added advantage

Fresh graduate are strongly encourage to apply as we will provide in house training

Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to produce technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret design specifications accurately

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Attend site survey and produce Technical proposal as requirement
