Key Responsibilities
- Provide Sales & Marketing to develop and grow the Downstream business primarily in Oil & Gas sector throughout peninsular Malaysia.
- Explore, nurture and generate Downstream business by developing and implementing business strategy to capture new customer base with the intent of increasing business revenue, profitability and market share.
- Assist, monitor and support sales activities of Downstream to the Oil & Gas Downstream Client eg: Oil refinery/Gas Processing/gas diesel.
- Assist Head of Branch to collate information to improve visibility on Petronas Downstream maintenance activities that leads to business opportunities.
- Work with the Service team, Field Engineer Downstream reps, planner, E & I department and E & P for integration of business to enable planning of resources & investment by TPS.
- Carry out market survey and get to the ground to approach potential customers & maintain rapport with existing clients and get to know their needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
