Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales - Retail/General in Fashion Industry or Footwear.
  • Previous roles as District Manager, Area Manager or Operation Executives preferred.

District Manager / Area Manager (Fashion/ Footwear/ Home Living Chain)

A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborating with Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.

General Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.

Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.

Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).

Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.

Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.

Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.

Incentive: Entitle based on campaign
