Job description
Overview

As the DISPATCH CUM OFFICE MAN at Usin Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's administrative and operational functions. Based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, this is a full-time position that will involve a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Meet with customers around KL, Selangor and nearby areas according to the arranged time to obtain document signatures.
  • Use appropriate routes and save time/fuel when meeting customers / when delivering documents.
  • Maintain good work discipline and attendance, including being punctual.
  • Ensure that all documents are sent to the correct and safe place without being lost or damaged.
  • Send documents according to the set time and inform in advance if there is a delay.
  • Ensure that the document has enough pages, complete with signatures, dates and stamps.
  • Ensure that sales claims are made every day according to instructions.
  • Update records and reports daily.
  • Do ad hoc work at the store if there are no documents to be signed / sent to HQ.
What we\'re looking for
  • At least 1-2 years\' experience in a similar dispatch and admin support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour
  • Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Able to work evening shift and overtime (when needed)
  • Must be staying nearby or in Seri Kembangan
  • Able to commute within Selangor & Kuala Lumpur
  • Possess own transport (motorcycle with box preferred)
  • Hold a valid & active B2 license
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
