• To provide the business with an accurate forecast of demand in order to facilitate clear supply chain decisions.
• Build Partnership with customers and distribution channel.
• Seek and Provide Solution Based Sales Plans (E2E).
• Negotiations of trading terms with customers.
• Commercial Take Off for all ongoing project activities.
• To develop and improve senior level trade contacts (Existing and New).
• To present updates business plans on a bi-weekly basis.
• To make sure that all company administration and internal processes are complied with.
• To communicate any significant changes to demand in order, so that internal capacity planning can be utilised and managed effectively, optimising customer service levels.
• Develop Sales plans based on Key Account customers by Territory/Country.
• Develop plans for entry into New Markets.
• Key Account Management, Customer Visits and Prospecting.
• Customer Presentations.
• RFQ processing and Follow up.
• Industry Conference Planning and Participation.
• Other Duties or tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Management
