Responsibilities
  1. Determine and define project scope and objectives
  2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  3. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  4. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
  5. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  6. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  7. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  8. Operational role without involvement in project budgeting and cost management
  9. Able to work with cross‑functional teams and build timelines accordingly
  10. Able to analyse the creatives and make decisions to brief the creative team on the changes internally
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role
  • Capable of working in fast‑paced projects and environment
  • Liaison with Digital Creative team to create mock‑ups/visuals/copywriting for digital campaign deliverables (covers Display Ads, Landing Page, EDM, and etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (Jira / Slack / Agile)
  • Detail‑oriented
  • Strong client servicing skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
