We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing & LinkedIn Specialist who can lead our English-language social media and web marketing efforts in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies for higher education and training clients.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns — including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms.
  • Manage and update the company website with SEO‑optimized content and analytics tracking.
  • Write, edit, and proofread exceptional English content — from posts to long‑form articles.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑border teams (Singapore & Johor Bahru) to align branding and messaging.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, B2B campaigns, and education marketing.
  • Outstanding English writing and communication skills — creative, accurate, and professional.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and content performance metrics.
  • Familiar with WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a bonus for regional collaboration.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
