Responsibility
1. Campaign Management & Strategy
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engines.
- Handle email engagement by replying to and following up on potential customer inquiries.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Xiaohongshu (with potential expansion to new platforms based on market needs).
- Manage search engine marketing efforts on Google and other search engines such as Safari and MSN.
- Brainstorm and propose new and creative growth strategies.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and marketing resources.
- Work closely with management to adjust and improve marketing strategies based on performance insights.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Create, update, and publish engaging content for websites and social media platforms.
- Develop written and visual content suitable for various digital channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze web performance statistics.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC).
4. Social Media Marketing
- Create, schedule, and publish creative social media content to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Apply best practices for social media marketing and content optimization.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to social media interactions, messages, and campaigns.
5. Email Marketing
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns for potential and existing customers.
- Design and distribute email newsletters to engage and retain customers.
- Respond promptly to customer email inquiries.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Evaluate campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing spend and overall performance.
7. Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and sales, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external partners such as vendors, platforms, and associate with networks.
- Provide insights and recommendations on adopting new digital tools, platforms, and marketing strategies.
