Skills : Solid understanding of Shopify platform, including store backend, app installation, and page setup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Store Management
- Manage and update the Shopify storefront (banners, product pages, layout).
- Set up and maintain essential Shopify apps (upsell, review, analytics, etc.).
- Create simple landing or advertorial pages to support marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key store performance metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and add-to-cart rate.
- Support in integrating tools like Klaviyo, pixels, and analytics for better tracking.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining email flows.
- Design and schedule email campaigns aligned with campaigns.
- Monitor open rate, CTR, and conversion data for future improvement.
- Social Media & Content
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Write captions and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Coordinate with the creative to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Engage with community comments and messages when needed.
- Paid Advertising (Meta & TikTok)
- Execute and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns.
- Test creatives, audiences, and ad copy to improve performance.
- Track key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS; prepare weekly reports.
- Coordinate with freelancers for ad visuals and short video content.
- Data Insight & Reporting
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics (ads, store, social, email).
- Support in compiling reports and highlighting key insights.
- Collaborate with advisor and manager to test new strategies for better conversion.
- Reporting Line – has the authority to amend, modify, or reassign duties and responsibilities in accordance with company direction, business needs, or project priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Shopify platform, including store backend, app installation, and page setup.
- Familiar with e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), add-to-cart rate, and checkout flow.
- Basic knowledge of Klaviyo (email automation setup, flow creation, performance monitoring).
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Awareness of online consumer journey and sales funnel for DTC brands.
- General familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Ability to write engaging marketing copy for ads and social media.
- Competent in using Canva or similar tools for simple creative adjustments.
- Data-driven mindset — able to interpret marketing data and suggest improvements.
- Basic technical literacy in using Shopify apps and integrations.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
- Able to collaborate effectively across teams and with external creatives.
- Proactive in proposing new ideas to improve campaign performance or user experience.
