We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support and drive our digital marketing initiatives across social media, content creation, and online campaigns. This role suits a hands‑on, well‑organised, and creative individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is confident managing multiple digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RedNote).
- Assist in developing content concepts, captions, hashtags, and basic visual direction to support brand storytelling.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Schedule posts, monitor performance, and prepare basic monthly content and performance reports.
- Manage daily community engagement, including responding to comments and direct messages.
- Support the execution of digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing paid advertising on platforms such as Meta and TikTok, including basic setup, monitoring, and optimisation (training will be provided where required).
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (XiaoHongShu is an added advantage).
- Basic understanding of content planning, copywriting, and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
