Job description
Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role drives brand awareness, engagement, and leads/sales by leveraging data-driven strategies, content creation, and performance marketing tools. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as CTR, conversions, ROAS, and cost per lead.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives.
B. Social Media & Content
  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop engaging content calendars aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
  • Work with designers, videographers, and agencies to develop high-quality visuals and content.
C. Website & SEO
  • Oversee website updates, content improvements, and user experience optimization.
  • Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Track website performance with Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, and other tools.
D. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Analyze metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare dashboards for management to track ROI, lead quality, and customer acquisition metrics.
E. Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales, Creative, and Product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, influencers, and partners when needed.
Requirements Education & Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Skills & Competencies
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Good copywriting skills and basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
