About the job Digital Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate demonstrates energetic, strong communication skills, can handle inbound and outbound calls, manage SEO and SEM campaigns, and build a strong online presence.

Client Management
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction by handling incoming and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide end‑to‑end support to customers (walk‑ins and phone calls), ensure product availability, and guarantee on‑time delivery.
  • Solve customer issues related to orders, pick‑up, delivery, and quality to retain the customer base.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage SEO activities: keyword research, image optimization, organic traffic, conversion rates, link building, and use of web analytics tools.
  • Develop creative content marketing ideas, update the website, and collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Launch and monitor PPC campaigns across digital platforms; track, report, and analyze analytics and campaign performance.
  • Research competitor advertising links and stay current with best SEO and SEM practices.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Order Management
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls and provide chat support regarding product availability, quality, order status, and delivery.
  • Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternative product choices when requested products are unavailable.
  • Maintain data accuracy and verify all customer service records.
