NDM Marketing founded in 2022 in our Melaka branch, our company has grown into a dynamic Marketing & IT agency known for delivering full-funnel, one-stop solutions for businesses. Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur (5-min walk from Cochrane MRT)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,750
Work Days: Monday – Friday (5-day work week)
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM / 10 AM - 7PM (Flexible)

Adept at analyzing performance metrics, A/B testing, and leveraging insights to continuously refine strategy and deliver impactful results.

Job Description
  • Create and launch successful ads campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Optimize ad performance through data analysis and strategy adjustments.
  • Scale up advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Must be able to work with designers to plan and produce marketing materials (photos/videos).
  • Monitor and report on ad performance metrics.
  • Ensure ad campaigns achieve set objectives and surpass targets.
Requirements
  • No strict academic qualifications required, but a degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.
  • Min 1 year of related work experience in planning & executing Facebook Ads Campaign.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and other advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Experience with marketing tools for data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions and data-driven mindset with a keen understanding of the factors behind metrics and performance trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, comfortable with repetitive tasks, able to maintain focus on detail-oriented work and meet deadlines.
  • Curious and proactive, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new strategies, test hypotheses, and learn from outcomes.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for campaign performance and results.
