Job summary

Job description

Capture professional photos/videos of hospital events, staff portraits, clinical environments, and community programs.

Record interviews, awareness videos, educational content, and procedure demonstrations (as permitted).

Plan and execute full production workflows: storyboards, shot lists, schedules, and final delivery.

Coordinate filming logistics including location setup, lighting, equipment, and audio.

Manage on-set direction for staff and patient participants.

Maintain, calibrate, and operate production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, stabilizers).

Oversee post-production tasks: editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final export.

Work with clinical teams to ensure medical accuracy and proper representation.

Organize, store, and archive digital media according to hospital guidelines.

Produce content for internal communications, social media, website, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure all media meets branding, quality, and hospital privacy standards.

Work closely with Marketing team, doctors, and clinical departments to understand project needs.

Assist departments by producing visual materials for recruitment, training, and public relations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Media Production, Communications, or related field.

At least 1 year(s) working experience in professional photography/videography; healthcare experience a plus.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects) or similar tools.

Proactive, independent, self-driven, and a fast learner, with strong visual storytelling, editing, and project-management abilities.

Seek to treat, maintain patient's dignity, privacy, autonomy, and confidentiality.

Good communication skills, a good team player and willing to travel.

Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines.

Able to write and converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
