Digital Marketing and E-commerce Executive
The Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will lead Artelia’s digital growth strategy — elevating brand visibility, strengthening online presence, and driving e-commerce sales performance across Artelia’s website and key marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
This role blends creative brand storytelling with data‑driven commercial execution, ensuring Artelia and its curated portfolio of luxury brands are represented with consistency, aspiration, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute the annual digital marketing and e‑commerce strategy aligned with Artelia’s brand direction and business goals.
- Strengthen Artelia’s online brand presence and positioning as a curator of luxury tableware and lifestyle craftsmanship.
- Plan and lead seasonal campaigns (CNY, Raya, Christmas, Gifting Seasons, Launch Events).
- Manage and maintain Artelia.com and brand microsites for seamless user experience and conversion.
2. E‑Commerce Management
- Oversee daily operations of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, etc.).
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and platform campaign participation.
- Analyse marketplace data to optimise pricing, assortment, and conversion performance.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after‑sales service.
3. Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and remarketing initiatives for Artelia’s website.
- Develop monthly marketing calendars integrating social content, paid media, and live commerce.
- Collaborate with media and influencer partners for content and brand collaborations.
4. Team Leadership
- Manage and guide a small team including:
- Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive
- E‑Commerce Admin / Marketplace Executive
- External creative or media agencies
- Provide clear direction, KPIs, and performance reviews.
- Foster a results‑oriented, brand‑aligned culture within the digital team.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics: website traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, GMV, campaign performance, and engagement rate.
- Provide monthly executive summaries and improvement plans.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business, or related field.
- 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e‑commerce (luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry preferred).
- Proven track record of managing online stores and digital campaigns that deliver measurable sales results.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on ability to execute campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Proficient in Shopify/WooCommerce, Shopee & Lazada Seller Centre, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media optimisation.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury branding standards.
