An educational organization based in Malaysia is seeking a marketing professional to manage social media platforms and develop content aligned with enrollment activities. Responsibilities include planning marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting in digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will also track performance metrics and prepare marketing summaries, ensuring that all content is professional and brand-consistent. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on education and community engagement.
Manage and update the Company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu
Plan, create and publish monthly content aligned with enrolment cycles, campaigns and school activities
Develop education-focused content such as student progress, learning activities and teacher involvement
Ensure all content reflects a professional, child-safe and brand-consistent image
Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies
Assist in executing and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (where applicable)
Support ad copywriting, visual coordination and basic audience targeting based on campaign objectives
Monitor basic advertising performance metrics such as reach, clicks and enquiries
Work closely with supervisors to optimize advertising performance
Support the management of enquiries from digital platforms to WhatsApp or registration forms
Assist in improving enquiry messaging and follow-up processes
Promote trial classes, intake periods and school events through online platforms
Track campaign effectiveness based on enquiry and enrolment data
