Job description

Responsible of assist in the planning, execution and optimization of online marketing activities. This
role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and supporting online sales growth across all digital platforms.

Including but not limited to the following:

  • Support the setup, operation, and continuous optimization of all digital commerce platforms
  • Manage on website content updates, content management system (CMS) administration, promotional placements to drive performance.
  • Website analytics and performance monitoring
  • Plan, organize and execute sales promotions and marketing activities across online platforms based on the annual sales and marketing calendar.
  • Actively liaise and coordinate with stakeholders, such as warehouse, logistic, customer care, procurement department to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist superior in any ad-hoc tasks related to improving store sales, or traffic performance
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least diploma / degree in E-Commerce, Business Admin, Digital Marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years working experience in e-commerce, digital marketing
  • Knowledge of website structure, navigation, and UX best practices, SEO for optimizing product titles, descriptions, and keywords
  • Ability to manage CMS updates (product pages, homepage content, banners, promotions)
  • Understanding of basic website analytics (Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
  • Ability to assist with basic banner creation for promotional materials
  • Proficiency in design software (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is advantageous
  • Ability to work in fast paced and digital innovative environment
