About the role Join the dynamic team at ENDONA CORPORATION SDN. BHD. as a Development Manager. In this full-time role, you will be for leading the organisation’s development initiatives, including digital transformation, procurement functions, and market research activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of all development agendas, innovation initiatives, and long-term growth strategies. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the successful execution of the company’s growth and development agenda. This position is based in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage digitalisation efforts, including social media platforms, digital communication, customer digital experience research, e-commerce initiatives, data accessibility, and online cybersecurity.
- Oversee procurement functions, including identifying business opportunities, defining requirements and scope, preparing proposals, setting evaluation criteria, managing price databases, and conducting supplier negotiations.
- Conduct local and global market research, analyse demographic segments, review investment data, and support new product development through data-driven insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of development strategies and digital initiatives.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support management decision-making.
- Support the continuous improvement of development processes, systems, and strategic frameworks.
- Protect all confidential information, data, and company assets in accordance with company policies.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s in business, Marketing, Technology Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in development, digital transformation, procurement, business analysis, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience research, e-commerce systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Proven experience in procurement processes, including proposal preparation and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and research skills with experience in interpreting market data and business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised, able to multitask, and a proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
