A leading Malaysian firm is seeking a Despatch personnel responsible for document collection and delivery, including insurance policies and road tax renewals. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of office or despatch experience and a valid driving license. A pass in SPM is required, and fluent Bahasa Malaysia is essential. This position also involves liaising with various authorities regarding outstanding issues, making good communication skills crucial.
Despatch and collection of documents such as insurance policy, physical road tax.
Renewal of Road Tax & Licence at JPJ counter.
Liaise with relevant authories (Eg: JPJ, MBPJ, TNB, Air Selangor, CelcomDigi, Police Station & etc) on settlement of outstanding issues.
Other administrative and general ad hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Pass in SPM results.
At least 1 year working experience as office clerk/despatch.
Must have a valid car or motorcycle driving license with a minimum of 3 years clean driving record.
Able to read, speak and understand basic conversational English and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in insurance and Road Tax renewal is an added advantage.
