Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise Fire Protection (FP) drawings according to the drawing checklist, internal standards, and project specifications.
• Calculate dimensions, allowances, and hydraulic requirements (sprinkler, hose reel, FM200, CO₂, etc.) with accuracy.
• Develop FP system designs for residential, commercial, and high‑rise projects, ensuring safety and installation requirements are included.
• Review and verify design drawings and data, and compile related specification sheets.
• Work with other teams on the value of engineering to improve performance and reduce cost.
• Prepare Bomba submission documents and ensure all submissions meet required deadlines.
• Participate in NFPA/FM Global design work and attend meetings for presentation when needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Diploma in Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil.
• Excellent knowledge about the AutoCAD software.
• Microsoft knowledge (Outlook/Excel/Words).
• Able to work effectively under pressure, self‑motivated, and a good team player with clear English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication purposes.
