Diploma/Degree in Marketing Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
Proficiency in social media platforms (facebook, instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, etc)
Experience with content tools (canva, capcut, Photoshop, etc) and video editing is a strong advantage.
Basic understanding of website CMS (e.g, WordPress), SEO, and web analytics tools (e.g, google analytics)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibility
Website & Company Profile Management
- set up, maintain, and regularly update the company website and company profile.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools.
Content Creation
- Create engaging, high-quality content for web and social media platforms (including text, visual, and videos.
- Handle video shooting, basic marketing team to maintain consistent brand visuals and messaging.
Social Media strategy & management
- Develop, implement, and manage daily/weekly's social media strategy.
- Schedule, publish, and manage daily/weekly content using social media management tools (e.g, buffer, meta suite ,etc).
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, CTR) and produce performance reports
Digital Marketing Support
- Research current marketing trends, competitor activities, and social media algorithms to improve strategy and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital and content marketing.
Other Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc marketing activities and cross - departmental initiatives as assigned
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for digital growth
