Oversee the daily operations of Division, including signage manufacturing, furniture fabrication, shop systems, and project execution.

Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of projects while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Well-versed in signage and furniture fabrication operations, ensuring compliance with client specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize workflows, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity.

Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, production, and quality assurance, to ensure timely delivery.

The Candidate

Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.

Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in the furniture and/or related manufacturing industry.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Experience in shop fit-out projects will be an added advantage.

Candidates must have full working rights for Malaysia.
