The Job
  • Oversee the daily operations of Division, including signage manufacturing, furniture fabrication, shop systems, and project execution.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of projects while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Well-versed in signage and furniture fabrication operations, ensuring compliance with client specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize workflows, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, production, and quality assurance, to ensure timely delivery.
The Candidate
  • Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of operational experience in the furniture and/or related manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Experience in shop fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
