A leading consulting firm in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a Business Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in the Sanitary Wares industry. Responsibilities include providing sales support, managing dealer-led projects, and conducting regular dealer visits. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and involves travel to outstation locations as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, business owners, and project stakeholders (developers, architects, designers, contractors, consultants).
Provide sales advisory, product recommendations, and showroom optimization support to dealers.
Manage dealer-led projects, including project registration, pricing support, tender guidance, and coordination with internal project teams.
Coordinate closely with Sales Admin, Technical, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, after-sales support, and payment collection.
Handle quotations, proposals, documentation, stock planning, and delivery schedules to meet project and retail timelines.
Conduct regular dealer visits (Klang Valley and Outstation) to strengthen partnerships and address market or operational challenges.
Deliver product updates, launches, and technical support, including presentations to developers, designers, and architects.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, market trends, and customer feedback to support management decision-making.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs, while supporting ad-hoc sales initiatives and special projects.
Minimum of a Diploma qualification in any relevant field.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with all stakeholders.
A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience specifically within the Sanitary Wares (or related Building Materials / Construction) industry is required.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities to secure high‑value contracts.
Must be willing and able to travel to outstation locations as required by business demands.
