Job description

Ensure compliance with Isuzu’s Corporate Identity (CI) standards across the dealer network. Conduct CI audits, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.

Support sales satisfaction monitoring, analyse survey results, and drive improvement programs with dealers.

Provide guidance and support to dealers on facility design, renovations, and upgrades.

Coordinate with dealers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on CI projects.

Support training and awareness programs for dealers on CI and customer experience standards.

Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business or relevant qualification. Minimum 3 years of related working experience. Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for Executive level. Enthusiastic, responsible and self‑motivated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable, flexible, and cooperative team player. Willing to travel outstation and possess a valid driving license.
