We are seeking a passionate and experienced Daycare Teacher to join our dynamic team at PUSAT TUISYEN SINAR MEGA' in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. As a full-time Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
• Provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment for children in your care
• Observe and document children's progress, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Maintain a clean and organised classroom, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the daycare team to implement the centre's curriculum and policies
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching skills

What we're looking for

• Minimum diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Daycare Teacher or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents and colleagues
• Ability work effectively in a team and be adaptable to the needs of the children
• Enthusiasm, patience and a genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
