Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and automate dashboards leveraging Tableau (or alternative visualization) to deliver real-time insights
• Improve data accuracy, build and maintain data ingestion using ETL tools like Tableau prep (or Power Query)
• Increase decision-making efficiencies by creating customized visualizations in Tableau
• Deep dive into data analytics, and as KPI governor, to share insights to operations teams that can assist them to drive improvements
• Equip the operations teams with the knowledge and know-how to work efficiently through training and competency development

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor degree qualification in Data Science / Engineering / IT / Systems Field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a data analytics role
• Strong understanding of the business goals and objectives to develop effective data-driven strategies and make recommendations
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (Macro), data analytics, Tableau, SQL and programming language
• Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
• Possess skillset and ability to drive projects and implementation in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
