We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Data Migration Engineer. Reporting to the Product Manager/Analyst, this role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment of products and migration of data for customers.

As the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, you will be responsible for driving project timelines, managing data migration, and delivering a seamless product transition. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention, making this a highly influential position within our organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from project planning to migration and final execution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client requirements.
• Develop detailed project implementation and data migration plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage resources to maintain clear timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation cycle, addressing concerns promptly and providing regular updates on progress.
• Facilitate data migration and system configuration, ensuring accuracy, security, and minimal disruption to client operations. Design and propose strategies to streamline and accelerate migration processes, including automation opportunities and optimized mapping workflows.
• Manage backend data structures and workflows, working closely with technical teams to ensure data integrity, compatibility, and readiness for migration and system integration.
• Identify potential risks or challenges, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement in both product and processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to relay customer insights, shaping future product enhancements and ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and risk assessments, to ensure transparency and effective knowledge transfer.
• Manage backend data mapping, extraction, and transformation processes, ensuring data integrity and readiness for analysis and reporting.
• Apply understanding of AI tools and techniques to enhance implementation workflows, including the ability to build, operate, or maintain AI agents for automation and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an implementation, project management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid experience handling data migration tasks and coordinating technical teams or processes.
• Track record of driving project timelines and delivering projects on schedule.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Understanding of backend data structures and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with the ability to perform manual data mapping, data cleaning, and transformation tasks to support accurate and efficient migrations.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and practical experience using or maintaining AI agents or automation tools is a strong plus.
