Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on Google BigQuery and related Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. You will work closely with senior engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensure data quality, and support analytics and reporting needs. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands‑on experience with cloud‑based data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines in Google BigQuery.
• Write and tune SQL queries and python script for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).
• Support integration of data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across pipelines.
• Support reporting and analytics teams by providing clean and well-structured datasets.
• Help monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize BigQuery jobs and data workflows.
• Document processes, queries, and workflows for internal and external use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Data Analytics/ Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Python, Pandas, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Big Query.
• Basic knowledge of data modeling concepts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus point.
