Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and ensure the final solution aligns with business goals and expectations.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to create a unified data model for reporting and analysis.
• Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast and efficient querying and data visualization.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data used in reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively use and interpret the data presented.
• Continuously monitor and improve the data pipeline, ensuring data integrity and reliability across systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, report generation, and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data integration and transformation using tools such as ETL.
• Familiarity with data modeling and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex measures and calculations in Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Power BI performance issues.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake) is a plus.
